STRUCTURE AND CONFIGURATIONS

The residential structure of VILLA AUGUSTA consists of two independent units housed in the same building. They can be rented individually or together, accommodating up to 14 guests in total. Only VILLA PICCOLA can be rented for less than a week, with a minimum stay of three nights.

VILLA GRANDE: Spread over two floors, it can host up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with a fireplace, a dining room, a spacious living room with a pool table, and a guest bathroom. The first floor features 5 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms equipped with showers, air conditioning, and safes. The kitchen is very well equipped for large families and includes everything needed: a coffee machine and an ice maker.

VILLA PICCOLA: Located on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase and a livable panoramic terrace. It accommodates 4 people in two bedrooms — one double with an en suite bathroom, and one twin with a dedicated bathroom adjacent to it. Both bathrooms have showers. The villa also includes a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a large fireplace. Air conditioning is available throughout the property. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside, the Tiber Valley, and the surrounding small towns.

GOOD TO KNOW: The villas are rented for a minimum of 7 nights. Only VILLA PICCOLA can be rented for less than a week, with a minimum of three nights. In this case, utilities and cleaning fees are included in the price.

For both main villas, the rental price includes water consumption, firewood for the fireplace, gas for cooking and the BBQ, use of the swimming pool, and pool maintenance. Electricity consumption and final cleaning are not included in the rental price.
